Non-returnable items 
Perishable goods and personal care goods cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. info@quadis.mu

We do not accept returns on gift cards.

Exceptions/Refunds permitted

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@quadis.mu or WhatsApp +23054237974 with details (including pictures) of the product and the defect. 

Upon receipt of the details, we will fully examine the issue and notify you via e-mail or phone,  within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
